THE ULTIMATE SWEAT SESSION. FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED. no experience needed.
HIGH REP KETTLEBELLS, DUMBBELLS, BODYWEIGHT AND CARDIO.

A 45-MINUTE INTENSE WORKOUT THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY PRIOR TRAINING EXPERIENCE, BUT DOES REQUIRE A SWEAT TOWEL TO CATCH THE DRIPS. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
