FIT Pre-Teens (AGES 8-11) – Saturday 10.00am
(Runs concurrent with school term)
Pre-Teens extend on their skills and ARE introduceD to light loads with an even more intense focus on technique. Squatting, Pressing and Hinging movements are still THEN MAJOR FOUNDATION, but are mixed in to structured workouts featuring Rowers, Air Bikes and Ski-Ergs. Coaches encourage fun and teamwork.
