This is where we build the future of our fitness community. Our FIT Teens are encouraged to further develop their skills in Gymnastics and movement of increasing loads. Teens are also introduced to Olympic lifting and more intense workouts, preparing them for DOMINATion in their chosen sport.
UNDERLYING THIS PROGRAM IS THE MOVEMENT DEVELOPMENT YOUR YOUNG MAN OR LADY NEEDS. HAVE THEY EVER BEEN TAUGHT TO SQUAT PROPERLY? DO THEY KNOW HOW TO BRACE THEIR SPINE WHEN LIFTING SOMETHING HEAVY OFF THE FLOOR? WE START ULTRA LIGHT AND WORK THEM WITH PERFECT FORM. ONCE THEY CAN ACHIEVE THAT FORM, WE GUIDE THEM TO BECOME STRONG, FIT & SKILLED INDIVIDUALS.
