Our 45 min class is the perfect way to introduce you to the crossfit methodology of training without the technical nature of some of the barbell workouts. you'll get a huge sweat on, get used to the facilities and get a feel for the team that will coach and support you.

Each class includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a great workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness.
