A 45-MINUTE INTENSE WORKOUT THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY PRIOR TRAINING EXPERIENCE, BUT DOES REQUIRE A SWEAT TOWEL TO CATCH THE DRIPS. no experience needed.
