HIGH REP KETTLEBELLS, DUMBBELLS, BODYWEIGHT AND CARDIO.
A 45-MINUTE INTENSE WORKOUT THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY PRIOR TRAINING EXPERIENCE, BUT DOES REQUIRE A SWEAT TOWEL TO CATCH THE DRIPS. ALL LEVELS WELCOME. CHECK out the video following for a 5.45pm class!

It was early this year I joined V2 AND I have reached my goal weight - lost 13 Kg (give or take). Most of all I used to think of excuses not to train and now I feel guilty if I didn’t. I would lie if I say that the workouts are easy but as the saying goes, no pain no gain right? What I love most about V2 is that the trainers are superb and the team is fun, friendly and so supportive... not at all judgemental about the level of fitness you are. I really do enjoy coming to V2 :)
I am absolutely hooked. I have so much energy and a much clearer head when working. It is funny because initially my goal was just to lose weight but what I have discovered is that there are so many more health benefits to the V2 sessions. I’m sleeping better, more energised, more positive and I don’t sweat the small stuff anymore!
