jack stewart

the happiest and most positive man alive. jack has a background in rugby and has come into v2 as a senior coach. he is in charge of fundamentals and loves to hone in on the specifics of weightlifting. having him over your shoulder, you'll feel safe and secure (always with a smile).

mr technical 101. jesse loves crossfit and everything about it. he particularly loves to drill movements and he places huge importance on moving well before weight and intensity come into play. a 30 min consult with jesse and you'll move much better for it!
