CROSSFIT teens

for teens aged 9-16, this is the program that will teach your young one many cool party tricks.

want to learn how to do a handstand? want to do a muscle up in the playground? that's just the cool surface stuff.

underlying this program is the movement development your young man or lady needs. have they ever been taught to squat properly? do they know how to brace their spine when lifting something heavy off the floor? we start ultra light and work them with perfect form. once they can achieve that form, we guide them to become strong, fit & skilled individuals.

tuesday and friday night at 4.15pm - 5.00pm.
