Our coaches

V2 coaches lead by example. Through regular training, eating well, and promoting keen recovery sessions, they inspire and motivate members towards a lifestyle of fun fitness and good health. But it’s not all about the programming and leaderboard! Our coaches build relationships with every member and will genuinely make time for you. The strong relationship between coach and member is the foundation of the V2 coaching goal: to use all available skills and resources to improve the health and life of every member.



Dan is passionate about coffee, CrossFit and burgers. He makes a habit of humility, hard work and gratitude. Dan’s way is that we are what we consistently do. 'Get to' not 'have to' is his go to attitude.
