  • Yes! FIT is the perfect session for beginners. It’s only 45mins long including warm up and cool down and is infinitely scalable for each member in every session!

  • FIT is the perfect session for beginners and re-introductions to group training. It can be scaled exactly how you need it for your first session, and we’ll give you tips and tricks to make sure your step into classes feels rewarding and achievable!

  • Yes! You must book in before you attend any class at V2FIT. This guarantees safety in the class in terms of space, equipment and coaching staffing.

  • Yes, we love it when you’ve had experience in weightlifting and gymnastics prior to jumping into these sessions. We want to keep you safe, and because there’s lots on the plate in CF, we want to see you’re comfortable moving load safely! If you’re a beginner, just reach out to our admin team and we can set you up with a 1:1 PT to introduce you to the movements.

  • All locations have parking on site and easy street parking!
