FIT is the perfect session for beginners and re-introductions to group training. It can be scaled exactly how you need it for your first session, and we’ll give you tips and tricks to make sure your step into classes feels rewarding and achievable!
do i need to book in for a class?
Yes! You must book in before you attend any class at V2FIT. This guarantees safety in the class in terms of space, equipment and coaching staff.
What happens when the class i want to attend is full?
Jump on the waitlist! We’ve got +4 in every class at V2, so jump on and if a spot is made available you’ll see it in your V2FIT app.
Is there parking on site?
All locations have parking on site and easy street parking!
Do i have to have prior experience before jumping in train?
Yes, we love it when you’ve had experience in weightlifting and gymnastics prior to jumping into these sessions but it’s not mandatory. If you’re a beginner wanting to get ahead of the game, just reach out to our admin team and we can set you up with a 1:1 PT to introduce you to the movements.
