THE AMRAP MENTALITY

One of the things that truly connected me to the type of training we do at V2 was the blanked mind you ‘earn’ when in the midst of a workout.

It’s the type of mind that can’t think of the daily stresses.

The mind that doesn’t worry about the amount of stuff on the daily calendar.

The mind that forgets about the bills to pay.

All that mind does is focus on 1 thing.

Train hard.

And that sort of training is the stuff that leads you to expand your horizons.

It’s the stuff that makes the outside problems seem easier to deal with.

So go all in, and clear your mind.

A clear mind is a healthy mind.

And the harder you train, the clearer it becomes.

It gives you needed time to reinvigorate.

It gives you space to recharge.

So if you’re training today, no matter where…

Focus on 1 thing.

Train hard.

AMRAP mentality lifestyle can be put to use in any facet of life.

But in the gym, throw away the distractions and go all in.

Set a clock.

Train your ass off.

Rinse.

Repeat.

You’ll be better for it.
